i'll be moving in about a month. to lincoln park, no kidding. i'll be very very close to the beach, and the zoo, and this nice coffee place sonia and i went to...oh, and to the bus (or bike lane) that will take me directly to work in the mornings.
the location should be a fun change and the girl i'm moving in with seems great too (she likes boggle, likes to share, and likes to use full sentences with correct grammar and spelling.)
the place itself is more than tiny, but since i will only technically be tied to the lease for 4 months, it ought to be a great "summer home" if nothing else.
the only other news is that i got a terrible case of strep throat last week and didn't get to go on my valentines day date with my mom (we stayed in, ordered Vietnamese take-out, and watched a couple movies instead...not a bad consolation date).
oh, and last i heard from joe, he was stuck in kuwait, waiting for a flight to iraq.

i'm sad that you'll be moving, but excited for you. your new roomie sounds perfecto. i'm also glad that i have charlie, so you will HAVE to come and visit us. you cannot resist a face like his.
